I normally don't like the car buying experience and the
time wasted with the paperwork closing the deal.

But...dealing with Ignacio and Lexus of Wayzata was an
entirely new experience. We made the deal over the phone
on Monday and I picked up the car Wednesday morning as I
was driving through the Twin Cites on my way to Fargo, ND.

Everything was ready for me...I spent 17 minutes on the
paperwork. Then Ignacio took the time to show me how to
operate all the options on my car.

Total time at the dealership...55 minutes...that's from
the time I walked in until I drove my car off the lot.

I will definitely purchase again from Lexus of Wayzata
and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Lexus or
other car they may have on their lot."
