"I had leased a car from this dealership three years prior and was interested in changing to a different model vehicle. The sales associate I had worked with for the lease had moved on and I was put in touch with Josh Smith when I called in to see what my options were. We discussed what I was looking for over the phone. He was very flexible as far as setting up an appointment that worked best for my schedule and knowledgeable about their vehicles and details pertaining to the termination of my lease. When I came in he was timely and organized. I felt very comfortable and not pressured in to making any decisions. I ultimately purchased a new vehicle and felt I was given a fair price. When the car was delivered to me, Josh took extra time to help me set up the navigation and thoroughly went over all of the features the car had to offer. Having worked with the dealership three years prior I was already impressed with the service department, financial department and dealership overall. Purchasing a car is a big investment and can be somewhat stressful. Josh was very easy to work with due to his high level of competency and excellent customer service."
