"With two new teenage drivers hitting the streets, our busy family knew we needed to add a vehicle to keep the peace. We contacted Jim Kirchner at Lexus of Wayzata, who asked us all the right questions to determine the type of car that would best satisfy the varying preferences of four different drivers - as well as accomodate the family budget! It did not take Jim long to identify the right car to match our needs; a perfect condition, pre-loved ES-300. Jim also went the extra mile to make sure that any scheduled preventative maintenance was completed in conjunction with the sale. Overall, a very positive experience - one that definitely inclines me to return to Lexus of Wayzata to do business with Jimmy K in the future!
