"We were introduced to Jim Kirchner who was very Positive, Professional,
Courteous, Kind, and Knowledgeable. We wanted to trade our 2005 RX339
for one of the loaner RX350s. SO we looked around and Jim helped us find
a vehicle that we liked a lot. He was able to give us what we wanted for
our trade, with the options we wanted on the 2010 RX350.
The thing we liked about Jim was his genuine interest in helping us,
WITHOUT any high pressure sales at all. Jim has outstanding "People Skills",
