Jim went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The transaction was further complicated by me being in California, being a Canadian resident, additional requirements of advising US border authorities, Canadian importation requirements that you normally don’t have to handle and dealing with a new customer in transit. Jim kept looking for solutions and promptly communicating them to me by e-mail or phone and even picked me up at the airport. I have never experienced such thoughtful, courteous and thorough customer service when buying an automobile.
