"I went to Lexus of Wayzata because I knew I would get excellent attention there. I had previous experience with the Mitsubishi location owned by the same owner of Lexus of Wayzata and enjoyed that relationship. When I entered the Lexus building I was met with amazing friendliness in the person of Tom Herman. He did, and does, everything, and more, than one could ask when showing your product. I now "thanks to Tom", have a beautiful automobile, the ride is fantastic, and to say my Lexus is dependable, and everything Tom told me it would be, is an understatement!
