"I went into Lexus thinking there was no way I would be able to afford such a nice luxury vehicle. I was driving my 2nd Jeep Wrangler and had been driving a Wrangler for the past 12 years. Jim Kirchner came out and right away put me at ease. He was never pushy like some sales reps can be. I asked a few questions and he answered honestly. After talking with him for a bit, I gave him the price I was willing to spend and he said that he thought, with my trade-in he could get me into a 08 Lexus IS250. I test drove one and fell in love. We went inside and right away I noticed what a beautiful dealership it was. Especially the customer lounge area~ It's like a spa! :)We talked numbers and I found out that I could get exactly what I wanted!Jim was very patient and friendly, answering every question that I had. I was very pleased and will remain a loyal Lexus customer in the future!Thanks Jim for all your help! I LOVE my Lexus!!"
