"I brought my 07 Lexus GS in for service. The speedometer had failed. While I waited, they tested the speedometer unit and found that the dash unit needed to be replaced. This entails removing the dash and replacing the whole unit.. I also had the oil, oil filter and air filter changed.

Lexus US agreed to replace the unit at no charge even though the car was out of standard warranty. This is one of the key reasons why I am now on my third Lexus, as they back up their cars with great service. In addition my experience with Lexus of Wayzata from the sale to the service has always been top notch. Our family has other cars and I am usually the one that brings in the car for service, but non of the other brands treat the customer as well." - Robert
