It was clear that they take care of their existing customers as well as the prospective clients. I wasn't familiar with the car line up and Gary was extremely helpful in explaining the differences in the cars and determining which would best suit my family's needs. It was a totally enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured; Gary was patient and was always available to answer all of my questions. The price we agreed upon was fair for the product. True to my expectations they have continued to take care of me post-purchase whether it's during a service appt or an emergency detailing appt.
