"When we decided that we would like an a midsize SUV we came to Wayzata Lexus to help us decide (fall 2010). We were extremely impressed with the dealership, clean, spacious, cozy...
Sales rep patiently explained the differences between cars we are comparing and let us test drive RX350 and honestly described pros and cones (5 stars so far)
Then when we decided that we are going to buy RX350 - we started to talk about prices. When I mentioned that their prices are way higher then the competition - for some reason dealers decided that I will not be able to afford one - and am a lost cause. From that point on - when I walk in the dealership all sales reps magically disappear...
When I told him that I am going to buy a car for 6K less then theirs - he almost laughed.
Bottom line - it is a great dealership with wonderful customer service if you are going to buy a car from them or present yourself like you will.
After I bought my RX350 (from different dealership) I brought it for service here and Service was great (I am going to leave a different review for service alone)!"

"This dealership is great!
When you bring your car for service you feel like a VIP (I guess it is expected if you are driving a Lexus - but still very pleasant).
You are greeted by clean drive in with smiling, efficient people.
Tom was very helpful today, listened to my questions/ problems.
Service was overpriced (compared to competing dealerships) but fast and complete.
Waiting room is great - TV, computers, tables - all to make wait efficient and seam short.
