What may have made our experience somewhat out of the ordinary was the extended time period involved. From the time we met at the Minneapolis Auto Show in March, to ordering in April, and through delivery in August, Jon made it a point to keep us up to date on the status of Lexus’ production of 2013 RX models with the feature that is of great importance to us, the Blind Spot Monitor. By the way, it was worth waiting for.
