Karen Trapp Enhances Customer Relationships at Lexus of Wayzata

Lexus of Wayzata is dedicated to providing its customers not only dependable, luxury vehicles, but also dependable customer service. This dedication has earned Lexus of Wayzata the Elite of Lexus designation for 15 years in a row. Now Lexus of Wayzata is raising the bar again by creating a new dealership position that will further enhance the customer experience.

Karen Trapp has recently transitioned to this new position. She is now the Vehicle Delivery Coordinator. Karen is responsible for our team of Delivery Specialists who take care of introducing customers to their new cars and going over the vehicles’ features. She is extremely excited about having this opportunity to interact with all our customers at this level. "I enjoy being able to extend respect, hospitality and knowledge to our guests to build a long lasting relationship with them and Lexus of Wayzata," Karen stated.

She has been with our organization for over 2 years and started as a Receptionist. While she did an exceptional job with our guests at the reception area, she also started to work on the E-Newsletter as well as the Lexus Benchmarking Experience. She was promoted to a Sales Associate shortly before the Vehicle Delivery Coordinator position became available. With Karen's experience in the different areas of our dealership, she is exceptional at collaborating with all our staff to provide the Vehicle Delivery service to our guests.

Karen grew up in Golden Valley where she was the youngest of five children. Her parents recently celebrated their 60th Anniversary which was very exciting for the family. She loves to cook for her family, which includes her son Logan who is 18 years old and finishing his first year at Oberlin College. Her husband, who she met while singing in her church choir, is a concert organist and pianist. He currently is the Liturgical and Music Director at St. Olaf Catholic Church in downtown Minneapolis.

Through the hard work Karen is putting in as a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, Lexus of Wayzata is bringing the customer experience to the next level and pushing the boundaries of what it means to drive a Lexus. Thank you Karen for all your hard work and dedication.
