"When I first came to just look at a Lexus RX350, I couldn't believe how all the salespeople were friendly, helpful but certainly not pushy. I decided to test drive one and was put into contact with the salesperson, Greg Loop. Immediately, I could tell he was an honest individual just by the sincere way he talked with me and was interested in me. I had come in with my son and he made both of us feel like important customers. When I was contemplating purchasing the car, Greg put me into contact with the sales manager, Brian Gratti to see if we could work out the cost that would be manageable for me. When the purchase price was agreed upon, Gregg spent another 3 hours with me making sure I was comfortable with all the many "gadgets" that I had never seen before. I traded in my 1997 Olds Cutlass Supreme which in that day was a deluxe car but didn't have anything except the basics. Gregg also introduced me to the service manager who took the time to stop and talk and once again make me feel important in the purchase of my car. I think Lexus of Wayzata is extremely lucky to have a sales person like Gregg Loop on their team. I highly recommend Lexus of Wayzata for their great customer service and I highly recommend working with Gregg. Needless to say, it was a wonderful hassel-free experience."
