Survey: Lexus dealers leave new car buyers happiest

Lexus
Lexus dealers leave new car buyers more satisfied than any other brand, a study by J.D. Power and Associates finds.

Among luxury cars, Lexus leads Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Land Rover. Lincoln and Audi were the most improved brands.

When it comes to mainstream car dealers, Mini was first, for the second-consecutive year. It is followed by Buick, GMC, Volkswagen, Chevrolet and Scion. Most improved were Volkswagen, Scion and Nissan.

The survey was based on responses by 24,045 new car buyers. It looked at issues such as deal negotiation, the sales staff, the delivery process and the dealer's facilities.
