"Mr Bloomer was very professional and helpful. He updated me frequently on the arrival status of the vehicle. Mr Patrick Bernklan, the salesman,. He was polite and friendly. He answered our questions and was very patient. He knew the Lexus product very well. Mr Houghland, the finance manager was nice. The was no pressure to buy anything extra. We are very impressed with the dealership staff. Everyone we came in contact with was respectful and professional. They elevate customer service to a higher level. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that values customer service."
